Innovative Health & Fitness Invites You to “Take Back Your Health” this May with Get Active America! and Start to Feel Better, Look Better, and Live Better

Franklin, WI – April 26th, 2010 – As obesity levels in America continue to rise, and chronic diseases associated with obesity continue to burden our health care system, Innovative Health & Fitness is opening its doors to the public, free of charge, to help Americans take control of their health by becoming more active and healthy. Together with other members of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), Innovative Health & Fitness will make exercise available to the public the week of May 3-9, 2010 as part of the nationwide Get Active America!

Now in its seventh year, this program is part of an ongoing effort by the health club industry to positively impact the nation’s health by making exercise more accessible to millions of Americans, and help them to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.

During Get Active America! week, current Innovative Health & Fitness members will be invited to bring a friend or family member in for free May 3-6. The Open House on May 6-9, will also allow Franklin residents to take exercise classes and use the facilities at Innovative Health & Fitness free of charge. Guests will be provided free access to the club’s trainers, exercise equipment and a wide variety of exercise classes. Visitors who would like to join Innovative Health & Fitness during Get Active America! Week, will benefit from receiving a $100 gift card to Innovative Health & Fitness to be used for personal training or InVitalize Medi-Spa for spa services. “Members of the Franklin community can come and jumpstart their exercise routine at our club during Get Active America!,” said Tim Beyer, Owner of Innovative Health & Fitness. “Under the guidance of trained professionals, you will get the best exercise advice in a supportive and encouraging environment, which is conducive to maintaining a routine. Our entire staff is energized and excited to extend our services to those interested in making a healthy change by committing to exercise as a daily and life-long priority,” said Beyer.
