The Franklin Junior Football League is a nonprofit recreational level football league for 2nd-5th grade boys and girls in the Franklin area. You do not have to live in Franklin to be eligible to play. It will be an 8 week season including 6 intraleague games. Practices will be on Tuesday evenings and games will be played Saturday mornings. There will be no cuts, every child will play equally and will have an opportunity to play multiple positions. The focus of this league is to teach football basics and fundamentals both individual and team, while HAVING FUN!!!

The cost is $175 per player with multiple participant discounts. Included in the cost is all required equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, pants, pads and belt) except shoes. Players will get to keep their jersey at the end of the year. Please visit our website at www.franklinjuniorfootball.com for registration and contact information.

Franklin Junior Football, LLC was developed to provide quality football instruction to young athletes in the Franklin area. Our goal is to provide a fun environment where young athletes will learn basic skills and fundamentals of football. We are hoping to have enough interest to field multiple teams in each grade level. Practices will be held once per week for 8 weeks beginning the week after Labor Day. We would like to have a camp style practice which focuses on teaching the fundamentals of offensive and defensive football. Camp style practices will allow us to provide quality coaches who can properly teach the correct technique and basic skills to participant’s across each grade level as a whole. We have assembled a team of knowledgeable coaches, many former collegiate football players, to provide basic instruction for the majority of practice. Volunteer coaches will then be able to break up into their respective teams and work on team drills and plays. We would like to keep teams to the smallest possible number to ensure each participant receives individualized instruction and also to ensure equal playing time and participation. Franklin Junior Football was created to provide these young athletes with a positive environment to learn and enjoy the game of football.
