Physicians from the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin (3111 W. Rawson Avenue) will be available at Franklin High School for sports physicals by appointment on Monday, August 10th. Physicals will be $25 per student - and the doctors are donating the fee back to the Athletic Department. To register please contact Leanne Pritzlaff at 414-423-4640 ext. 2009 or Sue Bollis at 414-423-4640 ext. 2003 - call soon as appointments times are limited between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
If the above date is not convenient, Aurora will also be offering sports physicals at the Aurora Rehabilitation Center located at 9200 West Loomis Road, Suite 107 - Lower Level. Their physicals are Tuesday, July 28 from 5pm to 8pm. Physicals are $35.00 per student with a family discount of two physicals for $60.00, or three physicals for $80.00. For registration/Information call Aurora at (414) 529-9128.
Note - physicals must be complete (or an alternate year card on file) before the first day of practice. The first day of practice for fall 2009 sports:
* Girls Golf - August 10
* Girls Swim & Dive - August 11
* Girls Tennis - August 11
* Football - August 10 / Freshman August 17
* Boys & Girls Cross Country - August 17
* Girls Volleyball - August 17
* Boys Soccer - August 10
* Boys Volleyball - August 24
