THEFT

Loose change was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 9100 block of South 44th between 8:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and 4:15 a.m. Nov. 22.

A video game system, a remote and three video games were stolen from a residence in the 10500 block of West Cortez Circle between 7 a.m. and noon Nov. 24. The resident told police he allowed an acquaintance he knows only as "Willie" stay at his house, and when he woke up the items were missing.

A 19-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for shoplifting $344 of merchandise at Home Depot, 6489 S. 27th St., at 6 p.m. Nov. 25.

A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for fraud and shoplifting after she tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 2:10 p.m. Nov. 26. She was also cited for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance in the store.

A netbook was stolen from a residence in the 7800 block of South Scepter Drive between 3:45 p.m. and 4:05 p.m. Nov. 26. Police have a suspect.

An 18-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting clothing at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 27.

An unknown man was seen taking a DVD player off the shelf and returning it for cash at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., around noon Nov. 28. He was described as a Hispanic male with short black hair, 20-22 years of age, wearing glasses, a gray hoodie and black sweatpants. The suspect fled in a dark blue Honda Accord with a missing hubcap.

A wallet was stolen from a car parked in the 9500 block of South Ryan Green Court between the late evening hours of Nov. 28 and 6:30 a.m. Nov. 29.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 20-year-old Cudahy woman was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, operating after revocation (second offense) and obstructing an officer in the 7500 block of South 27th Street at 2:10 a.m. Nov. 22. She was also cited for no insurance and a seatbelt violation.

An 18-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana at Walgreens, 9527 S. 27th St., at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 23.

A 19-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana and cited for driving with suspended registration in the 2600 block of West Sycamore Avenue at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 23.

A 23-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for possession of marijuana and a 21-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct/obstructing after police and emergency personnel responded to an overdose call at a residence in the 3100 block West Drexel Avenue at 1 a.m. Nov. 24.

A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle after suspension (seventh offense) on 80th Street and Stonewood Drive at 9:10 a.m. Nov. 25.

A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while suspended (third offense) in the 6200 block of West Ryan Road at 8:55 p.m. Nov. 25. Police also discovered a passenger in her car, an 18-year-old woman, was listed as a missing person through the Green Bay Police Department.

A 30-year-old Franklin woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during her arrest for drunken driving in the 6900 block of West Evans Court at 3 a.m. Nov. 26. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 34-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 8200 block of South 42nd Street at 3:45 a.m. Nov. 24. Her BAC was 0.16.

A 21-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving in the 2800 block of West Puetz Road at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 26. His BAC was 0.12.

A 31-year-old Wautoma man was arrested for drunken driving and violation of probation after he struck a vehicle at St. Martins and Loomis roads and fled from police as they arrived at the scene shortly after 5 p.m. Nov. 26. The suspect vehicle was found at the Lachnest Motel and the driver was taken into custody at 7:15 p.m. His BAC was 0.09.

VANDALISM

Graffiti was spray-painted on a stop sign for northbound traffic on Whitnall Park Drive at College Avenue between 10:45 p.m. Nov. 21 and 8 p.m. Nov. 22.

A garage door was damaged in the 6500 block of South Whitnall Edge Road between 7 p.m. Nov. 25 and 11 a.m. Nov. 26.

A 2011 Dodge was scratched while it was parked in a driveway in the 5400 block of Wes Cobblestone Way between 1 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. Nov. 27.

OTHER

Two bratwurst sausages wrapped in condoms were placed in a mailbox in the 10900 block of West Rawson Avenue between the late evening hours of Nov. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 23.

A 46-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she became belligerent and swore at employees while going through the drive-thru at Taco Bell, 7141 S. 76th St., and then started a fight with the car behind her at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 23.

Sam's Club Pharmacy, 6705 S. 27th St., reported two fraudulent prescriptions for controlled substances were passed on Nov. 22. Police are seeking a 27-year-old woman for questioning.

Franklin police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with one rescue call and one fire call.
