Police Report: Nov. 12

THEFT

1A purse containing $10 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 7700 block of South Chapel Hill Drive between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 3 and 8:25 a.m. Nov. 4.

2A male left without paying for $50 worth of gasoline at Kwik Trip, 10750 W. Speedway Drive, about 7:40 a.m. Nov. 4. It is believed the same person committed a gas theft there about 9:10 a.m. Oct. 10.

3A 20-year-old Greendale man was arrested for employee theft after an investigation revealed he stole $1,400 worth of merchandise at Dunham's Sports, 6525 S. 27th St., at 10:25 a.m. Nov. 4. The thefts occurred over a period of several months. The suspect returned $400 worth of merchandise to the store.

4An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy, both of Milwaukee, were arrested for shoplifting $30 worth of clothing at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 6:25 p.m. Nov. 4.

5Four hubcaps were stolen off a car in the lot at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 8:45 p.m. Nov. 4. The thefts were captured on surveillance video. Police are investigating.

6A male stole $224 worth of baby formula at Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, at 11:35 a.m. Nov. 5. The incident was captured on video surveillance; police are following up.

7A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting, vandalism and trespassing after he concealed a bottle of blue fingernail polish and used it to damage the floors and walls of a dressing room at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 4 p.m. Nov. 6. An employee recognized him as a prior offender at the store who previously had been cited for trespassing.

8A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for stealing $31 worth of motor oil at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 8:20 p.m. Nov. 6.

9A 23-year-old woman was arrested for employee theft after she admitted to stealing $80 worth of gift cards at Sam's Club, 6705 S. 27th St., at 2:20 p.m. Nov. 7.

10A woman reported her pocketbook was stolen out of her open purse while she was shopping at Goodwill Industries, 6941 S. Riverwood Blvd., between 4 and 5 p.m. Nov. 9.

11A male stole a box of cigarettes at Andy's, 5040 W. Rawson Ave., and fled north on South 51st Street in a dark-colored, two-door sedan about 8:40 p.m. Nov. 9.

ASSAULT

· A 19-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for second-degree assault of a child for having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old boy between Nov. 1 and Nov. 4.

DRUG POSSESSION

12A 19-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver after police executed a search warrant at a home in the 3900 block of West Heatheridge Drive on Nov. 4.

13A 19-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and a 19-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police found 26 individually packaged bundles of marijuana (a total of about 20 grams) in a car they were riding in after it was pulled over for a traffic violation at Loomis Road and 68th Street about 8 p.m. Nov. 6. The driver of the vehicle was cited for speeding and defective lighting equipment.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

14A 54-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving in the parking lot at Pick 'n Save, 7201 S. 76th St., at 11:22 p.m. Nov. 10. His blood-alcohol content was 0.18.

VANDALISM

15A log was used to shatter a home's window in the 8000 block of South 66th Street between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Nov. 1.

16A 32-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and vandalism after she got into a physical altercation with another person and scratched a car with a key in the parking lot at the Irish Cottage, 11433 W. Ryan Road, at 12:25 a.m. Nov. 7.

OTHER

17A male passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Pick 'n Save, 7780 S. Lovers Lane Road, about 7:15 p.m. Nov. 4. The male was described as a 6-foot, 2-inch black male with dreadlocks and gold teeth. He was wearing a black hoodie, pants and shirt. Within 20 minutes of this report, an employee at Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, called police to report that store had received a counterfeit $100 bill. Police are investigating.

18A 21-year-old South Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the 3800 block of West Puetz Road at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 5. In addition, he was taken into custody on four Oak Creek Police Department warrants.

19A 37-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was involved in a physical altercation in a common area of an apartment building in the 3600 block of West College Avenue about 2:20 p.m. Nov. 7.

20A 52-year-old Franklin man and a 52-year-old Caledonia man were cited for trespassing and hunting without a permit after they were seen hauling a dead deer off private property in the 4700 block of West County Line Road at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 9. The case was turned over to the state Department of Natural Resources for review.

21A 27-year-old woman was cited for having a dog at large after her male Labrador/pit bull mix dog attacked a black Lab being walked by its owner in the 11600 block of West James Avenue about 11 a.m. Nov. 10.

22A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing an officer and possession of stolen property after she was found to be in possession of a stolen 2011 Honda Accord at the Park Motel, 7273 S. 27th St., about 7 p.m. Nov. 11. She gave police incorrect information while she was being arrested. A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a West Allis Police Department warrant for retail theft.

· Franklin police assisted with one rescue call between Nov. 4 and Nov. 11.
