THEFT

An employee called to report the theft of 13 bottles of alcohol, valued at $312, at Sam's Club, 6705 S. 27th St., at 7:27 p.m. Dec. 20. Police identified the suspects as a 47-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man, both of Milwaukee.

An employee reported the theft of approximately four video games at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 2:35 p.m. Dec. 21. A black purse was stolen from a shopping cart at the entrance of Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 8 p.m. Dec. 22.

Two sets of car keys, a set of house keys and three newly purchased men's shirts were stolen from two unlocked vehicles in the 6800 block of Dory Drive between 7 p.m. Dec. 21 and 8 a.m. Dec. 22.

A caller reported the theft of a digital media player from a package left at his residence in the 7200 block of South Grant Lane at noon Dec. 19.

The driver of a dark-colored SUV left without paying for $66 of gas at Open Pantry, 7610 W. Rawson Ave., at 9:39 a.m. Dec. 24.

A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman and a 19-year-old Milwaukee man were arrested for shoplifting 11 packages of diabetic test strips and one hair flatiron, valued at $962, at Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, at 12:55 p.m. Dec. 24.

A 34-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting and resisting an officer after he concealed six video games and ran from Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 24. The suspect also fled from Franklin police. Officers captured the suspect several blocks from Walmart with the stolen items concealed in his jacket sleeves.

A 28-year-old woman reported her credit card was stolen and fraudulent charges were made on her account on Dec. 24.

The driver of a black Ford Explorer left without paying for $20 of gas at Open Pantry, 7610 W. Rawson Ave., at 12:54 p.m. Dec. 25.

A 46-year-old Campbellsport man was arrested for shoplifting more than $200 of merchandise and obstructing at Menards, 10925 W. Speedway Drive, at 1:09 p.m. Dec. 26.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 15-year-old Franklin boy was referred to Children's Center after police discovered he was in possession of marijuana during a search of his residence in the 3900 block of West Heatheridge Drive at 3:23 p.m. Dec. 21. He was not taken into custody as he was currently under house arrest.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 43-year-old Minnesota woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 8100 block of West Drexel Avenue at 12:32 a.m. Dec. 21. She was also cited for unsafe lane deviation. Her blood alcohol content was 0.24.

A 39-year-old Greendale woman was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, in the 6900 block of South 27th Street at 2:51 a.m. Dec. 2. Her BAC was 0.13. The passenger in her car, a 34-year-old Greenfield man, was cited for possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle.

VANDALISM

Two mailboxes were damaged in the 7700 block of West High Street between the late evening hours of Dec. 22 and early morning hours of Dec. 23.

OTHER

A 17-year-old Milwaukee female was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a canine officer hit on her school locker at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., at 9 a.m. Dec. 20.

A 14-year-old Franklin boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after a physical altercation with his mother and sister in the 6400 block of South 27th Street at 6:48 a.m. Dec. 21.

A 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both of Franklin, were issued a citation for excessive noise in the 10500 block of West Cortez Circle at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 24.

A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession/consumption of alcohol at the Park Motel, 7273 S. 27th St., at 11:55 p.m. Dec. 26.

Franklin police responded to two domestic violence calls between Dec. 20 and Dec. 26.
