BURGLARY

• A door frame was damaged in what appeared to be an attempted burglary at a residence in the 7300 block of South 36th Street between 2 and 7:35 p.m. Nov. 17. Entry was not gained. Damage is estimated at $25.

• A trailer at Jerry's Midtown Storage, 11123 W. Forest Home Ave., was burglarized between 5 p.m. Nov. 19 and 1:15 p.m. Nov. 21. The door incurred about $1,500 worth of damage. Nothing was taken.

THEFT

• Two DVD players valued at $290 were taken from Blockbuster, 7161 S. 76th St., about 6:15 p.m. Nov. 14. The suspect is described as a black male, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and 200 pounds, and 25 years of age. He was wearing a University of Wisconsin leather jacket at the time of the theft.

• Two TVs valued at $650 were taken from Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, about 7 p.m. Nov. 14. The suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a black jacket, jeans and blue baseball hat at the time of the theft. The same suspect later took another TV valued at $500 and fled through an emergency exit about 8:15 p.m. Nov. 19.

• A 21-year-old West Allis woman was arrested for theft after taking DVDs valued at $700 from Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, about 9:30 p.m. Nov. 20.

• A vehicle valued at $20,000 taken from the 6300 block of South 27th Street prior to 4:48 a.m. Nov. 21. It was later recovered in the 3900 block of North 19th Street in Milwaukee.

• A Global Positioning System, a digital media player, CDs, sunglasses and money were taken from a vehicle in the 8700 block of West Mallard Court between 4 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 21. The driver-side door was damaged. Damage was is estimated at $200. Another vehicle in the same block was entered, but nothing was taken.

• A GPS valued at $249 was taken from a vehicle in the 2900 block of West Briarwood Drive between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and noon Nov. 22.

• Several cameras valued at $320 were taken from Radio Shack, 6507 S. 27th St., between 11:10 and 11:44 a.m. Nov. 22. The suspect is described as a black male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 200 to 220 pounds, and about 35 years old. He was wearing a black jacket, a red sweater and a black Milwaukee Brewers hat at the time of the theft.

ASSAULT

• A 41-year-old Franklin man was arrested for battery and second-degree sexual assault in the 7200 block of South 36th Street about 4:20 a.m. Nov. 21. He also was arrested for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana, after police found 101 grams of cocaine and 47 grams of marijuana at his residence.

DRUG POSSESSION

• A 21-year-old Franklin man was arrested for marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession in the 7000 block of South 51st Street about 2 p.m. Nov. 17.

• A 51-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for marijuana possession and operating after revocation in the 6800 block of South 27th Street about 8:20 p.m. Nov. 19.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

• A 22-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving in the 6300 block of South 76th Street about 11:45 p.m. Nov. 19. His blood-alcohol content was 0.16.

• A 48-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for his fourth drunken-driving offense in the 7400 block of South 27th Street about 9:40 p.m. Nov. 19. The results of his blood draw were unavailable.

VANDALISM

• A computer was vandalized with ink at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., prior to 8:54 a.m. Nov. 18. A student is suspected.

OTHER

• A 17-year-old Franklin girl was arrested for underage drinking in the 6800 block of South Dory Drive about 1:25 a.m. Nov. 21. Her BAC was 0.09.
