THEFT

1A security director at Pick 'n Save, 7780 S. Lovers Lane Road, called police on March 17 to report that an unknown man and woman shoplifted 16 cans of Gerber baby formula from the store at 5:45 p.m. March 11. The director told police the same two people were responsible for shoplifting baby formula at the Hales Corners and West Allis Pick 'n Save stores in the past two weeks.

2A 1999 Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot at Stonefield Village, 3679 W. College Ave., between 9:30 p.m. March 18 and 7:30 a.m. March 19.

3A 23-year-old South Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting $130 worth of hand tools at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 12:30 p.m. March 19.

4Three pieces of door molding, valued at $50 each, were removed from a 1985 Ford LTD station wagon parked in an underground garage in the 10500 block of West Cortez Circle between 4 p.m. March 19 and 10 a.m. March 22.

5A 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck with a snow plow attachment was stolen from the lot at Spot Free Cleaning, 9426 S. 29th St., between 5 and 8:30 p.m. March 19. At 11:40 p.m., a 20-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for driving a vehicle without consent and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found with the stolen vehicle at Root River Auto Body, 8595 S. 27th St.

6A resident of the 4900 block of West Rawson Avenue reported all of his election signs — two for Steve Taylor and one each for Kristen Wilhelm and Ray Lenz — were stolen out of his yard between 2 and 3 p.m. March 20. Police were also notified that two signs — one for Wilhelm and one for Taylor — were stolen out of a yard in the 5000 block of West Rawson Avenue during the same time frame. An officer saw a silver, foreign-made small pickup truck carrying scrap in the area at the time of the thefts; police are following up.

7A 28-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for shoplifting after she concealed a baby carrier and other merchandise, a $153 value, under a blanket and attempted to leave without paying at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 5 p.m. March 20.

8A 23-year-old Milwaukee woman and a 22-year-old Milwaukee man were arrested for shoplifting $90 worth of clothing and makeup at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 10:30 p.m. March 20.

9A 27-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen opening a DVD movie and concealing it in his coat sleeve at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about noon March 21.

10A 44-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting $39 worth of clothing at Goodwill Industries, 6941 S. Riverwood Blvd., at 2:20 p.m. March 21.

11A 1999 silver Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot at Planet Fitness, 6529 S. 27th St., between 5:45 and 7:45 p.m. March 21.

12The manager at Chili's at 27th Street and College Avenue called police after a male attempted to lift empty beer barrels out of their secure, caged area outside the business at 8:30 p.m. March 21. The male failed to gain access to the barrels and fled in an older-model silver pickup truck with a loud muffler.

13A 26-year-old man stole $1,280 worth of electronics from Target, 7800 S. Lovers Lane Road, at 9:30 p.m. March 20. He was arrested when he returned to Target at 8:35 p.m. March 22.

14A 27-year-old Franklin man was arrested for receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license after he was pulled over for driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate at 27th Street and Drexel Avenue at 9:20 p.m. March 22.

DRUG POSSESSION

15A 19-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana at Sunnybrook Road and Grant Lane at 8:40 p.m. March 20.

16An 18-year-old Greendale man was arrested for possession of marijuana after he was pulled over for having a defective license plate lamp in the 4600 block of West Rawson Avenue at 2:25 a.m. March 23.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

17A 63-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, and was cited for an unsafe lane deviation in the 7500 block of West Imperial Drive at 8:50 p.m. March 17. His blood-alcohol content was 0.25.

18A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 7900 block of South 27th Street at 1:10 a.m. March 22. His BAC was 0.14.

19A 20-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 11700 block of Woodcrest Circle at 3 a.m. March 23. She was taken to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable.

ACCIDENTS

20One person was taken to the hospital after a three-car accident in front of The Home Depot, 6489 S. 27th St., about 11 a.m. March 22. One of the drivers was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn.

VANDALISM

21A sharp object was used to scratch a 2000 Buick Park Avenue in the 3300 block of West College Avenue between March 2 and March 16. A damage estimate was unavailable.

OTHER

22A 32-year-old Franklin man was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after he was involved in a physical altercation with another patron at Mulligan's Irish Pub & Grille, 8933 S. 27th St., at 7:30 p.m. March 20.
