BURGLARY

1Bicycles, a microwave, clothing and other items were stolen from a locked storage locker in the 3600 block of West College Avenue between October and Feb. 23.

THEFT

2A 16-year-old boy was arrested for taking an iPhone 4, valued at $100, from an unlocked gym locker at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., between 11:35 a.m. and 1:05 p.m. Feb. 17.

3A 16-year-old boy and two girls were arrested for theft after they stole another student's Apple iPod Touch, valued at $300, out of her gym locker at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., between 11:35 a.m. and 1:05 p.m. Feb. 17.

4A 51-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting for attempting to take four bottles of liquor, valued at $114, at Sam's Club, 6705 S. 27th St., at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 17. He also was taken into custody on a Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office warrant.

5Two males stole a bag full of DVDs from Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 3:05 p.m. Feb. 17. The males were last seen exiting the parking lot onto 27th Street in a black Chevy Camaro.

6A 31-year-old man was arrested for stealing a $280 home theater system and was taken into custody on a Waukesha County Sheriff's Department warrant for retail theft at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 5 p.m. Feb. 17.

7A 20-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen concealing $4.20 worth of Pokemon trading cards at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 19.

8A 23-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting, third offense, after he attempted to return items he did not purchase at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 7 p.m. Feb. 19.

9A warrant was issued for the arrest of a 30-year-old woman after she was seen concealing razors at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 10:50 a.m. Feb. 20. The woman previously had been banned from the store due to shoplifting. She fled in a dark-colored minivan.

10A 21-year-old woman was arrested for stealing cosmetics and other merchandise at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., about 8:45 p.m. Feb. 20.

11An employee at Sam's Club, 6705 S. 27th St., reported on Feb. 21 that store security footage shows two men stealing bottles of liquor by concealing them under their jackets about 11:30 a.m. Feb. 11. One of the men, described as a 50- to 55-year-old black man with gray hair and dark glasses and wearing a tan jacket and pants, hid bottles of liquor in his jacket and then fled the store in a green Ford with no license plates. The other, described as a 50- to 55-year-old black man with gray hair and glasses and wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and a black knit hat, left the bottles he had concealed behind before leaving the store.

12A GPS unit and a pair of sunglasses were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 3900 block of West Valley View Drive between 9 p.m. Feb. 21 and 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22.

13A 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested for shoplifting $40 worth of clothing, pet supplies and electronic cables at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 21.

ASSAULT

14A woman called police after her elderly mother said her finger had been broken during an argument at Pinehaven Group Home, 6795S. 51st St., at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 17. An investigation revealed there was an altercation between the caller's mother and another elderly female resident, who are both in wheelchairs, and the caller's mother sustained a fractured finger. There were no witnesses and both women told police the other had started the altercation.

DRUG POSSESSION

15A 28-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a stun gun in the parking lot of Broker Manufacturing, 5600 W. Oakwood Park Drive, about 3 p.m. Feb. 21. He also was arrested on Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and West Allis Police Department warrants. He was taken to Milwaukee County Jail.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

16A 66-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, in the 11100 block of West Ryan Road at 3:45 a.m. Feb. 19. He was taken for a blood test to determine his blood-alcohol content, but the results were not included in the report.

OTHER

17A 19-year-old man was cited for underage drinking after he admitted to drinking a bottle of liquor with some friends at a home in the 3600 block of West College Avenue about 1 a.m. Feb. 21. He was dropped off at Aurora St. Luke's Hospital after he complained about not feeling well, and was told not to return to the residence again.

18Two students were cited for disorderly conduct after a verbal argument turned physical in the lunchroom at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 21.

19A 17-year-old Milwaukee girl was arrested for obstructing an investigation after she gave police false names when they asked her for information during a disorderly conduct investigation in the parking lot at Plaza Motel, 8151 S. 27th St., at 3:20 a.m. Feb. 23. She was found to be listed as missing through the Milwaukee Police Department and was wanted through the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office for being AWOL from placement. She was turned over to personnel at the Children's Detention Center.

20A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for shoplifting and trespassing after she attempted to push a shopping cart filled with unpaid merchandise out of Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 10:40 a.m. Feb. 23. She had three prior arrests for retail theft in Milwaukee area Walmarts within the past three months and was unable to post bail. She was taken to Milwaukee County Jail.

· Franklin police responded to two domestic violence calls and assisted with two rescue calls between Feb. 17 and Feb. 24.
