THEFT

1A radio was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the student lot at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. April 25.

2A debit card and a driver's license were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., prior to 6:50 p.m. April 25.

3A "Recall Walker" sign was stolen from a lawn in the 7600 block of South Mission Woods Court between 12:30 and 7 a.m. April 26.

4A 22-year-old Waukesha man was arrested for shoplifting merchandise at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., at 3:20 p.m. April 26. The man was wanted on three Waukesha County Sheriff's Department warrants.

5Copper fittings were reported stolen at Baptista Bakery, 4625 W. Oakwood Park Drive, at 3:15 p.m. April 27.

6A skid steer loader, valued at $20,000, was stolen from the construction site at Target, 7700 S. Lovers Lane Road, between 3:15 p.m. April 27 and 7:30 a.m. April 30.

7A Brian's Lawn Care trailer was stolen from the parking lot at Baker Pool and Fitness, 7131 S. 27th St., between 4:30 p.m. April 27 and 8 a.m. April 30. The trailer contained $60,000 worth of equipment and merchandise.

8A $300 GPS unit was stolen out of a locked vehicle at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, 10101 S. 27th St., between 3 and 6:40 p.m. April 28. The driver-side front window was smashed to gain entry to the vehicle. Damage is estimated at $300.

9Fishing lures, sunglasses and a military-style tactical knife with a 4-inch blade were stolen at Walmart, 6701 S. 27th St., just after 3:30 p.m. April 28.

10A purse containing three credit cards and $250 was stolen out of a locked vehicle at Gander Mountain, 6939 S. Riverwood Blvd., between 7:30 and 7:55 p.m. April 28. The driver-side front window was smashed to gain entry.

11An engagement ring and a watch were reported stolen in the 6900 block of South Lovers Lane Road at 3 p.m. April 29. There were no signs of a break-in and the victim stated she believed someone inside the residence took the jewelry.

12A caller reported diamonds had been stolen from a safe in her home in the 9000 block of West Forest Hill Avenue at 11:40 p.m. April 30.

ASSAULT

13An 18-year-old man was arrested for battery for stabbing a 17-year-old boy in the neck with a pen at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., at 2:15 p.m. April 30.

DRUG POSSESSION

14An 18-year-old Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police found two grinders, three glass pipes and marijuana in his vehicle at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., at 12:20 p.m. April 30. Police canine Charlie sniffed out the drugs during a check of the parking lot.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

15A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 7200 block of South 76th Street at 12:55 a.m. April 25. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.11.

16A 58-year-old Bayside man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, in the 9700 block of South 27th Street at 1:51 a.m. April 25. His BAC was 0.15.

17A 25-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Road, just before 2 a.m. April 29. His BAC was 0.20.

18A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 7300 block of South Lovers Lane Road at 4:35 a.m. April 29. He was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw, the results of which were not available at the time of the report.

VANDALISM

19A mailbox was knocked over in the 2900 block of West Thorncrest Drive between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. April 25.

20Three locked vehicles were broken into in the student lot at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., between 8 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. April 25.

OTHER

21Two 23-year-old women were arrested for disorderly conduct after a physical fight at Forest Park Middle School, 8225 W. Forest Hill Ave., at 10:30 a.m. April 27. The fight occurred at 3:15 p.m. April 26, and was caught on video by several students. No injuries were reported.

22A bus driver reported a male passenger in a silver Mercury pulled down his pants and "mooned" students on the bus while driving near the intersection of Imperial Drive and Canterbury Court at 4 p.m. April 27. The license plate number was recorded, and police are following up.

Franklin police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with one rescue call between April 24 and April 30.
