Kimberly Traylor and Brian Buss were married Aug. 23, 2008, at First Congregational United Church of Christ, South Milwaukee.

Parents of the bride are Jeff and Sandy Traylor, Franklin, and Lisa Traylor, Oak Creek. Parents of the groom are Lee and Barb Buss, Franklin.

The Revs. Thomas and Deborah Payden officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Polish Center of Wisconsin, Franklin.

The bride wore a strapless, white gown with a chapel train with silver embroidery and beading. She carried a bouquet of white roses and Cali lilies.

Maid of honor was Joani Traylor, Franklin, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jenell Speiss of Franklin and Sarah Trzebiatowski of Greendale.

Best man was Adam Buss, Franklin, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jacob Barber of Franklin and Adam Trzebiatowski of Greendale.

Ushers were Ben Traylor and Grant Nelson.

Flower girl was Emily Martin, Oak Creek, cousin of the bride. Ring bearer was Alex Martin, Oak Creek, cousin of the bride.

The bride earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is an emergency room registered nurse at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Francis.

The groom earned his master's degree as an electrician from Waukesha County Technical College. He is an electrician for Specialty Trades, West Allis.

The couple met teaching swim lessons at the Franklin High School Recreation Department in 2002. They became engaged on Aug. 22, 2006.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana. They reside in Milwaukee.
