Ervin K. Nowak

Ervin K. Nowak of Greendale died July 11, 2009, at age 79.

He was the owner of Commercial Builders Corp. His hopeful attitude about life was reflected in his long participation in The World Future Society. He was past president of the Wisconsin Mycological Society, a former Greendale trustee, and had a passion for cooking and long-distance running.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; daughter, Anne Nowak (Adnan Adawi) of Alexandria, Va.; son, Paul Nowak (Boping) of Redlands, Calif.; grandchildren, Zeinah and Ameer Adawi of Alexandria; brother and sister, Clayton Nowak and Sandra (John) Buchta; other relatives and friends.

No funeral services were held. A memorial gathering will be held later.

Memorials are suggested to Wisconsin Donor Network, 9000 W. Chester St., Suite 250, Milwaukee, WI. 53214.

Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services handled the arrangements.
