Sharon S. Pyne of Franklin died June 18, 2009, at age 54.

She was a longtime software engineering manager for Smiths Medical, an avid Brewers fan, a Milwaukee County Zoo supporter, an art and music lover and past president of the Catholic War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary-Mission Post.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Harry (Debra), Phil (Debra), Joe (Colleen), Ronald, Mary Villanueva, Sue (Jim), Mike (Julie) and Margaret Pyne; nieces and nephews, Jason, Rebecca, Lucy, Zac, Josh, Cori, Krista, Kayla, Vince, Pamela, Eddie, Jake, Lauren, Sarah and Amber; great-niece, Sierra; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Geraldine (nee Kolakowski) Pyne.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. June 28 at Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel, 8910 W. Drexel Ave. Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. June 29 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6060 W. Loomis Road, Greendale. Entombment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Milwaukee County Zoological Society.

Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services handled the arrangements.
