Melanie Rose Sutton and Anthony James Krueger were married March 25, 2011, at The Patio banquet hall in Milwaukee.
Parents of the bride are Ron and June Sutton of Prairie du Chien. Parents of the groom are Jim and Debbie Krueger of Franklin.
The Rev. Jeff Kohl officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the same banquet hall.
The bride wore a full-length gown with a sweetheart neckline. She carried a bouquet of white peonies, Picasso calla lilies, lavender freesia, cream spray roses and a few sparkling jewels.
Maid of honor was Kelley Kilbey of Prairie du Chien, childhood friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sarah Krueger of Franklin, Emily Shong of Tomah, Casey Wilke of Phillips and Kimberly Bertram of Mineral Point.
Best man was Matthew Krueger of Franklin, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jake Dudzik of Milwaukee, Andrew Berner of Dousman, Justin Wood of Franklin and Clarke Sutton of Prairie du Chien.
Ushers were Daniel Garner of Milwaukee and Jordan Sutton of Prairie du Chien.
The bride earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Viterbo University in La Crosse. She is a staff registered nurse at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
The groom earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He is also a graduate of the Milwaukee Police Academy. He is a police officer in Milwaukee.
The two, who met on eHarmony.com, reside in Milwaukee.
