Once again, the end of the college football season is all screwed up

Let’s see.

The nation’s best college football team with the nation’s best quarterback lost last weekend, convincingly to Alabama. So Florida, because of some screwy system won’t be in the national championship game and their multi-talented QB, Tim Tebow will not win the Heisman Trophy.

Alabama will play for the title against Texas that needed a last-second miracle to beat not so mighty Nebraska. As a result, Texas’ QB, Colt McCoy, who is a Girl Scout compared to Tebow, will win the Heisman this Saturday (It should go to that brusing RB from Stanford who will be a marvelous NFL player).

And like most Heisman Trophy winners, McCoy more than likely will go to the pros, and stink.

The Wall Street Journal is right.

This is the perfect ending to a dud of a college football season.
