Thanksgiving 2009 is really special
The gentleman who consistently delivers my morning paper.
Pat, who’s been waiting on me Sunday mornings for *** years.
My church, the most beautiful in
A wonderful community in which to live.
Police officers and firefighters that protect.
Our brave men and women in the military.
The workers that plow our streets.
The list of who and what we are grateful for is endless.
I am significantly blessed.
My beautiful wife, Jennifer does for me what Sinatra sang about. She makes me feel so young. And she’s simply the best.
In a few hours I’ll be celebrating with the Fischer Family. Warm, loving, and not a bad one in the bunch.
State Senator Mary Lazich is not just a boss. She is a dear friend and colleague. I wish more could see, as I do, her tireless dedication.
The folks at Milwaukee Public Television and WISN keep asking me back to dabble in a career I started over 30 years ago.
But this year is especially gratifying thanks to the wonderful addition to our family eight months ago yesterday. The joy precious little Kyla has brought is indescribable.
Our beautiful baby girl is an incredible blessing that we thank dear God for every single day.
Jennifer, our little angel, Kyla, and I wish you and yours many pleasant memories and bundles of reasons to be thankful today!
