Conservatively Speaking

State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

Here is an update from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) for the I-94 NORTH-SOUTH freeway project:

27th Street bi-directional traffic moved to the new, NB bridge 10:00 am - Dec. '09

Access to 27th St from Bottsford closed. Access from 27th St to Bottsford open for NB right turn only 10:00 am - Dec. '09

Open 27th St. NB entrance loop ramp to I-894/I-43 WB 10:00 am

Open I-894/I-43 WB exit ramp to 27th St. 10:00 am

- College Ave from 15th St. to 20th St until November
