*A SPECIAL SATURDAY EDITION*
Mother's Day is the biggest day in the restaurant business. The National Restaurant Association says two out of five Americans dine out on Mom’s special day.
Dad doesn’t get the same respect. Maybe one out of four of you will eat out this Sunday.
The discrepancy probably lies in the fact that Dad, more than likely, will be manning the grill. Can you imagine having Mom prepare the family dinner on Mother’s Day? Might not be pretty.
That’s the difference between the sexes. Guys don’t get all bent out of shape if they don’t get treated out on Father’s Day. That gives them another chance to fire up the Weber in the great outdoors.
Then again, I bet Dad wouldn’t turn down a filet at a swank steakhouse.
Whad’ya say, ladies? You’ve still got time to make those reservations.
