One of John Hawkins’ 20 hypocrisies of liberals that I blogged about last week was this:
“They're the people who are really looking out for women, but they strongly support sexual predators like Bill Clinton and they regularly hurl grotesque sexist insults at feminist role models like Sarah Palin who don't toe-the-liberal-line.”
Ashley Herzog, the author of “Feminism vs. Women” picks up on that theme with a column today pointing out the vicious hatred and disregard that, as she puts it, “liberal sexist pigs” have for conservative women:
“Male politicians are allowed to have opinions; young beauty pageant contestants aren’t. Even Feministing.com editor Jessica Valenti acknowledged that they were ‘fighting homophobia with misogyny’.”
Oh, but this compassionate bunch is so pro-women. I don’t think so.
