We don't want your stinking stimulus money
Two Ohio Congressman will introduce a bill that would allow communities to refuse stimulus money and have it returned to the U.S. Treasury.
The idea has the ringing support of Warren County, Ohio Commission President Mike Kilburn. Kilburn says he’d rather see Warren County “go broke before taking any of Obama’s filthy money. All I want the government to do is leave Warren County alone. If we need something, we’ll take care of it and we’ll buy it.”
Good for Kilburn and for the Ohio lawmakers for coming up with this taxpayer-friendly concept.
