I just wanted to say thanks . . .

Thank you for giving wounded heroes Easter meals - Can you help again?

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting our severely disabled veterans and the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes this Easter.

Thank you for giving wounded heroes Easter meals - Can you help again? With your generous help, we launched our 2014 Emergency Easter Meals Project to send $60 to as many of our nation's severely disabled veterans as we could. Knowing many of these severely disabled troops are struggling just to keep the lights on and a roof over their heads, we wanted to say "thank you for your sacrifices" by providing them with meals over the Easter weekend.

Well, I couldn't be more proud to tell you that we succeeded by reaching 1,000 severely wounded warriors and their families, thanks to your patriotic giving and selfless support.

So I'm pleased to tell you that your generosity made a critical difference in the lives of our wounded warriors who need some help on their road to recovery after being severely disabled while protecting our freedoms.

And your gift provided more than just a meal for struggling veterans' families. You provided cheer and hope to heroes who need to know our nation hasn't forgotten their sacrifices.

Together we sent our wounded heroes a special Easter thank you. But I wanted to make sure to thank you for your sacrifices as well.

I know times aren't easy for many of us. And I'm so touched you were willing to do whatever it takes to support those most deserving of our help, our support, and our gratitude.

Your faithful support enables the Coalition to do what we do, and ultimately makes the critical difference in the lives of wounded veterans and their spouses and children.

And I just wanted to make sure you know I'm so proud to have you for a friend as you stand with the Coalition and with America's heroes.

Thank you for your help and support this Easter.

With gratitude,

Major General John K. Singlaub
David W. Walker, President & CEO
Coalition to Salute America's Heroes

P.S. I can't thank you enough for the difference you made this Easter for 1,000 of our nation's wounded warriors and their families. Your generosity brought hope and cheer to heroes who sacrificed everything . . . and are now struggling just to get by.

But our work is never done. We continue to receive more requests from America's severely disabled troops and veterans who are at the end of their rope and have nowhere else to turn. Please consider making another generous donation today. It's your continued support that will allow the Coalition to rescue even more wounded veterans and their families in desperate need of help.
