The BEST advice for all single guys
Here is my advice to every guy who is currently dating a special, lovely, incredibly amazing woman: Do NOT ask her to marry you.
On Valentine’s Day, that is. Really, seriously, don’t.
Kevin and I have had this discussion many times before and after our engagement. He felt (and still feels) that a proposal should have its own special day. Never in a million years would he choose Valentine’s Day as the day to pop the question. (I was glad to know that early into our relationship so that I didn’t spend the day wondering.)
If you think this advice sounds strange coming from a woman, perhaps you’d like a male perspective instead. (Seriously, I can’t argue any of his points.)
