State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

State of the State Address January 15, 2013, 7:00 PM

Article V, Section 4, of the Wisconsin State Constitution provides that the Governor “shall communicate to the legislature, at every session, the condition of the state, and recommend such matter them for their consideration as he may deem expedient.” 

Governor Walker is scheduled to give his third State of the State Address Tuesday January 15, 2013, at 7:00 PM in the State Assembly Chambers at the State Capitol, Madison.  The Governor’s speech is scheduled live on Wisconsin Public Television.  Wisconsin Eye is also scheduled to provide the speech live.  Wisconsin Eye may be found on Time Warner Cable channel 363 or Charter Cable channel 995.
