Itchy? No way!
Yesterday I mentioned my husband Kevin and Marilyn Monroe have something in common. Sparked your interest, did it?
It would have been a bit more accurate if I had said that Kevin and Tom Ewell had that “something” in common. But really, would you have thought twice about it?
Where am I going with this? Well, dear readers, I’m talking about this:

I don’t think that my husband is suffering from that malady. (Not that dear ol’ Marilyn wouldn’t have turned his head, but she was a generation before him.)
You see, today we are celebrating our seventh wedding anniversary. June 4, 2005 was a glorious day. We have so many wonderful memories of that spectacular event. It was a blessed, joyous occasion and I would not change a single moment from it. Friends and family STILL talk about how much fun they had. And of course everyone remembers our GREEN wedding cake!
When I met Kevin on June 5, 1999 I had no idea “how do you do” would turn in to “I do” six years later. OK, that’s not entirely true: I fell for him immediately. How could I not? Funny, charming, smart, handsome; everything I was looking for. And he still is everything I want but now I can add great husband and amazing father to that list of qualities. Yep, he’s still the one.
Happy Anniversary Darling. I love you!
