Pete Kosovich for Franklin alderman, 4th district: The true conservative in this race

Dear fellow Franklin Citizens,

Eight days left to endure the yard signs and the lies which have been deluging the airwaves & your mailboxes. Not just for local elections but for County Exec. & Supreme Court Justice. I want to go on record that I support Jeff Stone for County Exec. and  David Prosser for Supreme Court Justice.  I also support Scott Walker and what he is trying to do for the citizens of Wisconsin. He is a man of integrity & principles.

I visited about 300 doors this weekend and I am happy to report that I am getting very encouraging responses at the doors. I feel the people of Franklin prefer a more Conservative candidate. One constituent commented he had my opponents sign because he believed him to be more liberal than me. I respectfully responded he was probably right! He agreed to look at my literature and that he would consider voting for me. People are willing to vote for change next Tuesday, April 5th. Every vote counts!  Vote for Pete Kosovich in the 4th District, and Bob Schick in the 3rd.

Yesterday afternoon, about 6 P.M., I was getting ready to call it a day, when Steve Taylor pulled up in his car. We had a friendly, civil discussion, but he complained about some of the negative things which have been said about him by certain bloggers. He thinks I should control what they have to say. The same could be said about the comments that have been posted as responses on those blogs. There is one who identifies himself as Franklin Forward who is constantly trying to rip into and discredit me. Who is he?

I have kept my campaign positive as promised, but I have also responded to negative statements made against me. I am determined to be the next Alderman in the 4th District. I am working very hard, going door to door on my trusty old Silver Schwinn 3-speed bicycle. It's much more efficient than walking. I'll be out again next weekend. I hope the weather co-operates.

I have spoken to a number of people who have Steve Taylor signs in their yard. One was placed there by their son who is a Firefighter. They couldn't say no to him, but they said yes to my sign at the same location, and that they would be voting for me.  One lady couldn't say no to the nice young man at the door, but she and her sister knew me, and said they would be voting for me. Please remember, signs don't vote. Be sure that you do!
