20-year-old Declan Sullivan, a junior at the University of Notre Dame who worked as a videographer for the school’s football team. He was taping practice in a 50-foot high portable lift Wednesday during heavy winds. He tweeted before the tower collapsed about 45 minutes later, crashing through a fence and landing on the street below. Sullivan was rushed to a hospital, where he later died.
