Ted Kennedy was the victim at Chappaquiddick
A new biography of the late Ted Kennedy, written by his longtime friend, stunningly portrays him as a victim in the car crash that killed Mary Jo Kopechne 41 years ago.
The writer and Kennedy's then-mistress share the misguided belief that this was a simple car accident, that Kennedy should not be held responsible for anything that happened, and therefore his legacy should not be tainted in the least.
Was he interested in Kopechne? No because she was far from a bimbo.
As for Kennedy’s extra-curricular activities, they were "amusements."
Talk about re-writing history.
