"The Common Council might allow residents to grow 'natural lawns' - those containing common species of grass and wild flowers native to North America which are designed and purposefully cultivated to exceed 12 inches in height from the ground."
I can envision my alderman, hyper-enviro Kristen Wilhelm in absolute tears of joy about the thought of natural lawns all over
This idea is being proposed here in Franklin where, if you want to build a new home, you have to kiss the rings of some ridiculous board that decides if the color of trim on your house is suitable or not.
Our Franklin Common Council has gone completely nuts.
